Choosing the right pediatrician for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make. By selecting Alabaster Pediatrics, you can feel confident and comfortable that you have made the right decision.
To understand what to expect for your child's first visit to our practice, please read through this page.
The mission of Alabaster Pediatrics is to provide quality medical care to children and adolescents in Alabaster and the surrounding areas. It is our goal to achieve healthy growth and development of the children in our practice by counseling parents regularly on proper nutrition and age appropriate safety precautions, as well as by coordinating the medical and social services required by our special needs patients. Our desire is to educate the parents in fundamental issues of childrearing and routine health care, thus giving them the independence to confidently assume the responsibility for the physical and emotional well-being of their own children. Our entire staff will strive to function as a team to provide comprehensive medical care to our patients in a compassionate and respectful environment. We will attempt to provide efficient and cost effective medicine while still providing the highest quality care to our patients and families in the best possible setting.
A pleasant, comfortable first visit builds trust and helps put the child at ease during future visits. We want your child to enjoy getting to know our doctors and staff, so we work hard to establish this bond during every appointment to our office. During your initial appointment, we will explain everything in detail and answer any questions you may have.
We look forward to meeting you and your child and providing the quality, comprehensive medical care you expect and deserve.

We are currently accepting:
- All newborns, as long as they do not have an older sibling already established with another local primary care provider. We feel that family centered care is an important aspect of pediatric practice and if you have additional children who currently have a pediatric provider, we encourage newborn care to be established with that physician.
- Patients who are new to the area with private insurance types.
** Please be aware that we will not provide alternative vaccine schedules and will not accept patients who do not complete the CDC recommended immunization schedules.
